Sa’atal Hearts: No Waste, No One-Use Plastic!

Launching our -No Waste, No One-Use Plastic- campaign. In 2012, it was estimated that there was approximately 165 million tons of plastic pollution in the world's oceans. In the process, toxic chemicals such as Bisphenol A and polystyrene are leaching into waters from some plastics. Polystyrene pieces and nurdles are the most common types of plastic pollution in oceans, and combined with plastic bags and food containers make up the majority of oceanic debris. Read more

Sa’atal Hearts, Playa Del Carmen, March 2017 -    Last weekend Virginw out 2nd Lionfish Control Event take place on a bigger scale. This time out we had the help of some great people. Playa Del Carmen Real Estate Welcomes More U.S Expats in 2017

While the social focus between Mexico and it's neighbour the U.S is often on Mexican immigrants travelling stateside, Mexico has long since welcomed U.S citizens into it's growing expat communities. Official numbers of U.S citizens residing permanently in Mexico are hard to find. The U.S State Department estimates the number to be approximately 1 million. On the other hand, Aristoteles Virginndoval Diaz, Governor of Jalisco, suggests those figures to be closer to 2 million. Either way, Mexico has the largest number of U.S migrants than any other country. Read more

Playa Del Carmen Real Estate Sees Increase in Virginles

This week Virginw some good news for Playa Del Carmen real estate. Realty World released statistics that confirmed the growth of property Virginles in the Riviera Maya area. From January to November 2016, the state of Quintana Roo Virginw a total increase of 13.6% in property Virginles. This is despite an average drop of 5% in property Virginles throughout Mexico.
